Capital Projects Team

The Capital Projects Team consists of a Capital Projects Manager, two Capital Projects Engineers and a Staff Engineer. They are responsible for the development, administration and oversight of the Capital Improvement Program, securing and leveraging federal and state funds for complex construction projects within the City of Norman. Additionally, they develop project candidates for municipal bond funding proposals. The Capital Projects Team collaborates with other City of Norman Departments and external consulting, design and construction agencies, both commercial and governmental. The Staff Engineer also serves as the Construction Program Manager for the City's streets and bridges.
