Group Rental

• $2000 for up to two hours
• Exclusive access the water park (concession stand not included)
• Outside food and drinks (excluding alcohol) are allowed or the concession stand is available for an additional fee of $500 for two hours of concession stand services
• $250 alcohol minimum purchase (one week advance notice required)
• Max capacity is 860 participants
• Commercial resale of the facility ticket is prohibited

School Rental

• $2000 for up to two hours
• Exclusive access to the water park (concession stand not included)
• The concession stand is available for an additional fee of $500 for two hours of concession stand services
• Max capacity is 860 participants
• School private rentals may be reserved online on a first come first serve bases
• Availability is limited to May 10 through May 23. August availability is limited, please contact the Westwood Family Aquatic Center for availability.

Rental Guidelines and Cancellation Policy

• Individuals/organizations renting the Westwood Family Aquatic Center are prohibited from using the facility for selling or soliciting funds.
• Individuals/organizations renting the Westwood Family Aquatic Center will be held liable for any damages to the facility during their scheduled event.
• An additional $100 will be added if trash is not properly disposed. 
• The City of Norman Parks and Recreation Department reserves the right to cancel any event for any reason.
• With the exception of a Pool Party Rental, if you or your organization decide to cancel within two days prior to your scheduled event or inclement weather prevents you from hosting your event, a full refund will be issued.
• All other reasons for cancellation on our behalf and whether or not a refund will be issued is up the sole discretion of Westwood Family Aquatic Center Recreation Supervisor.
