Group Rental

• $2000 for two hours
• 25% deposit is required to secure the rental, which is applied to the overall balance due.
• Max capacity is 860 participants.
• Exclusive access to the water park (concession stand not included)
• Concessions (Alcohol not included)
  • Option 1 - $500 concession deposit covers concession purchases up to $500. Additional purchases are invoiced to the organizer following the event.
  • Option 2 - $250 to bring in outside food and drinks (concession stand is closed)
• $500 alcohol minimum purchase (one week advance notice required)
• Commercial resale of the facility ticket is prohibited

Rental Guidelines

• Individuals/organizations renting the Westwood Family Aquatic Center are prohibited from using the facility for selling or soliciting funds.
• Individuals/organizations renting the Westwood Family Aquatic Center will be held liable for any damages to the facility during their scheduled event.

Cancellation Policy

• The City of Norman Parks and Recreation Department and Westwood Family Aquatic Center (WFAC) reserve the right to cancel any full or partial facility rental reservation for reasons including, but not limited to, the following:
  • Weather: Inclement weather conditions are forecasted or occur during the scheduled reservation date and time.
  • Staffing: Insufficient lifeguard coverage.
  • Safety: WFAC determines that the planned activities pose a risk to the safety of staff or guests.
  • Maintenance: Unforeseen maintenance issues or facility malfunctions that prevent safe or proper use of the facility.
• In the event that The City of Norman Parks and Recreation Department or WFAC cancels a reservation, the reservation party will be offered either a rescheduled date or a partial/full refund, at WFAC’s discretion.
• Cancellations made by the reservation party fewer than seven days prior to the scheduled reservation date and time will forfeit the security deposit. Any additional payments made beyond the security deposit will be refunded. Cancellations made seven or more days prior to the scheduled reservation date and time will receive a full refund.

Inclement Weather Cancellations

• Reservations canceled due to severe or unsafe weather conditions will be rescheduled to an alternate date and time, subject to availability. If a mutually agreeable rescheduled date and time cannot be determined, a full refund will be issued.
