Request a Police Record

Complete the following form to request a Police Record from the Norman Police Department. Most requests will be processed within 48 hours of the receipt of request. Video redaction, audio and photo processing time will vary. 

Police reports and records can also be requested by mail, email, fax or in-person at the Norman Police Department. To request a record using any of these options, please utilize this form

The Norman Police Department Records Section is located at 201 W. Gray Street - Building B and is open to the public from 7AM to 7PM daily, except certain holidays.
