Female Adult Revived After Officers Perform Life Saving Measures The Norman Police Department responded to a report of an overdose at approximately 11:33 p.m. Monday. The caller advised that a female adult had taken an opiate and was unconscious and not breathing. Officers arrived on scene within two minutes locating the female who remained unresponsive and was not breathing inside the residence.
