The City of Norman Administrative Offices will be closed on Thursday, December 24 and Friday December, 25 in observance of Christmas.
Sanitation Division
The Sanitation Division will be closed on Friday. Trash, yard waste and recycling collection will be delayed one day, service will be as follows:
- Customers with Friday collection will shift to Saturday.
The Compost Facility and the Transfer Station will be closed on Christmas Day. For questions call 405-329-1023.
Debris Removal
Debris removal operations from the October 26 to 29 storm will not run over the Christmas holiday. The second pass of pick up is anticipated to begin December 28. Residents should continue to place their debris at the curb. Non-residential and debris on private roads are not currently eligible for this debris removal program. See specific guidance here.

Transit
The City transit service will not operate on Friday.
Parks and Recreation
All recreation centers will be closed on Thursday and Friday. Westwood Golf, located at 240 Westport Drive, will remain open on Thursday.
