Community advised of potential connectivity interruptions at certain sites on November 7, 2023

Due to necessary fiber work, certain City facilities – to include North Base, where Solid Waste Collection, Line Maintenance, and EMBARK Norman public transit offices are housed – may experience connectivity delays on November 7, 2023.

Those wishing to contact EMBARK, including to schedule paratransit rides, should do so by calling 405-235-7433 on November 7. Lines to other affected sites are intended to be transferred and rerouted as needed, though interruptions could occur. Email access at these facilities may also be limited throughout the day. Patience is respectfully requested of community members as work is carried out as quickly as possible.
