Innovative Roadway Solutions, a contractor for the City of Norman, will begin a preventative maintenance treatment on Boyd Street between Flood Avenue and Berry Road on August 10, 2023. This work will consist of cleaning the roadway surface and applying a pavement sealant. A detour route will be established to direct travelers north of Boyd Street to McNamee Street. The contractor will work with residents and businesses to maintain property access, however there will be times when driveway access will be delayed.

The work on this location is expected to be complete and reopened to traffic by 5 p.m. on the same day: August 10, 2023.
