12th Avenue SE closes between Barbary Drive and Eagle Cliff Drive Monday Morning

July 30, 2021

All lanes of 12th Avenue SE will be closed between Barbary Drive and Eagle Cliff Drive Monday morning at 8:00 a.m., August 2, for approximately 1 week, weather permitting. The east half of 12th Ave SE will be reconstructed, which requires this temporary road closure. A signed detour will be in place using Eagle Cliff Drive, Osprey Drive and Barbary Drive. Access to the Cobblestone Creek neighborhood will be available via the established detour route.

This paving project is associated with the Sage Cobblestone Creek senior living center currently under construction. Traffic devices will be installed to direct the traveling public.
