Pay Your City Utility Bill

Customers can pay a utility bill through any of the below options:

  • Utilize the MyUtility Customer Portal by logging in and navigating to Bills/Payments at https://myutility.normanok.gov or select "Quick Pay" (the green button)
  • Utilize the automated pay-by-phone option by dialing 405-366-5320
  • Visit the City of Norman Revenue Division at the Development Center, 225 N. Webster Avenue

Has your utility service been disconnected for non-payment? Have it restored by:

  • PAY - Come to our office (225 N. Webster Ave.) or pay over the phone at (866) 930-0284.
  • CALL - Call Customer Service from 8AM to 5PM Monday - Friday at (405) 217-7739.

Before restoration, please make sure that all of your water faucets and toilet valves are in the off position.
