Classes and Activities
Aikido
A Japanese art of self-defense using principles of nonresistance and circular motion to divert the energy of an opponent. Students are required to be over 14 years of age. The methods used teach both respect and trust of oneself and others.
Wednesday's at 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
The class fee is $40 per month.
American Karate Program
$60 for 10 weeks
Adult classes (ages 12-85) are Tuesdays and Fridays at 6pm.
