All lanes of W. Brooks Street between S. Pickard Avenue and S. Berry Road have been closed as of 4:15 p.m. 2/14/24 due to an emergency sanitary sewer repair for a home by a contractor. The closure is expected to last for approximately one week, weather permitting. Construction involves pavement removal, excavation, repair of sanitary sewer, backfill, and repair of the roadway. Motorists should avoid this area if possible and adhere to all signage placed. Access to the neighborhoods will be available via the established detour route.
