Registration now open for City of Norman Golf Tournament Supporting United Way of Norman

An 18-hole scramble for four-person teams will be held Oct. 2 at the Westwood Golf Course, 2400 Westport Drive, in support of the United Way of Norman. Online registration is now open and sponsorship opportunities are available.

“One in every four members of our community receive help from a United Way agency in Norman,” said City Manager and United Way Board Member Darrel Pyle. “The City of Norman is proud to continue a partnership of support and collaboration with the coordination of this annual tournament.”

The cost to participate is $100 per person or $400 per foursome. Entry fee includes green fees, cart, range ball token, T-shirt, swag bag, lunch, and entry in the chipping contest. A raffle and silent auction will be available and contests of the event will include:

  • Longest Drive Contest
  • Closest to the Pin Contest
  • Hole-in-One Contests (on select par 3’s)

Dean Harrington Insurance will sponsor hole-in-one prizes for winners.
