UPDATE - 1:20 p.m. 10/11/23: Information Technology staff report that this issue has been resolved.

POSTED - 11:28 a.m. 10/11/23: The City of Norman is currently experiencing connectivity issues with 7-digit phone numbers to City of Norman offices and departments. Staff is working to identify and resolve the issue. Non-emergency inquiries regarding City of Norman business can be directed via email to Action.Center@normanok.gov. We appreciate the patience of community members as this issue is worked through. Relevant updates will be made available at this webpage. At this time, there are no connectivity issues to 911. 911 should only be used during emergencies.
