Every City of Norman water utility customer will soon receive a utility bill insert with information regarding the 2022 Consumer Confidence Report (CCR) for the Norman Water System. The publishing of this annual report is required by the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and can be accessed electronically at http://sdwis.deq.state.ok.us/DWW/CCReports/OK1020801.pdf.

The purpose of the report is to inform the public regarding water quality. City of Norman Water Treatment Division staff members test the water throughout the treatment process each day to ensure it meets or exceeds the National Drinking Water Standards set by the EPA.

The Water Treatment Division considers the CCR an opportunity to make every Norman citizen aware of the effort Water Treatment Staff put into meeting the EPA drinking water standards and providing exceptional water service every day of the year.
