4:14 P.M. 3/18/24: City of Norman Utilities crews report that there is a water line break at 12th Avenue NE and Kingston Road that will affect approximately 50 residential properties in the area. Affected properties will have no or lower water pressure until the repair is carried out. The repair is expected to take six hours.
