Report storm-related flooding and property damage:

When flooding occurs, it is important for residents to report damage and relevant information to the Stormwater Division as such information is utilized in applying for community grants that positively impact Norman. Residents should be advised that City reporting does not substitute in any way contacting insurance firms to file claims; this action should be taken separately and immediately upon experiencing property damage. 

Citizens may contact the Stormwater Division with specific questions at 405-329-2524, select option #2. If there is an emergency, call 911.
