The City of Norman’s Household Hazardous Waste Facility (HHWF) is open to Norman residents by appointment and with proof of residency.

9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Appointments can be requested by leaving a voicemail at 405.366.5463 or by emailing HouseholdHazardousWaste@NormanOK.gov. While we strive to return calls/emails in a timely manner, we currently have a small staff of one running the entire facility, so your patience is appreciated.
