Industrial facilities operating under certain SIC codes within the City of Norman must obtain an industrial stormwater permit. In order to apply for a permit, the following documents are required. 

• A complete Industrial Stormwater Permit Application.
• A copy of your OKR05 notice of intent and authorization, OR a copy of your no exposure certification.
• A copy of your stormwater pollution prevention plan.
• Permit fee in check or cash ($150).
