The Social & Voluntary Services Commission (SVSC) is responsible for evaluating and determining the needs of social and voluntary programs and assisting community and professional groups in the development of a cooperative system of social service agencies.
The Social & Voluntary Services Commission (SVSC) is a Mayor appointed Commission that receives annual grant funding from City Council to disburse among the 501(c)3 organizations serving Norman.
