Ward 3 begins at a point where the South boundary of the City intersects with Interstate Highway 35; thence North on Interstate Highway 35 to Robinson Street; thence West on Robinson Street to 36th Avenue N.W.; thence North on 36th Avenue N.W to Rock Creek Road; thence West on Rock Creek Road to 48th Avenue N.W.; thence North on 48th Avenue N.W. to Franklin Road; thence East on Franklin Road to Interstate Highway 35; thence North on Interstate Highway 35 to City Boundary.  Ward 3 encompasses all of the City of Norman West of this line.
