Group Swim Lessons

Each session will be offered Monday - Thursday for two weeks. Lessons begin Monday, June 15.

Morning: 9:00 - 9:30 | 9:40 - 10:10 | 10:20 - 10:50 | 11:00 - 11:30 a.m.
Evening: 6:00 - 6:30 | 6:40 - 7:10 | 7:20 - 7:50 p.m.

Swim Lesson Levels

Level 1

Preschool (ages 3-5) & Youth (ages 6-13)
No previous swim experience is required. You will learn: floating, front glide and back glide,
swim using combined arm and leg action.

Level 2

Preschool (ages 3-5) & Youth (ages 6-13)
You will learn: front glide and back glide, treading water, forward movement on the front
and back using combined arm and leg action-- 10 feet.

Level 3

Preschool (ages 3-5) & Youth (ages 6-13)
You will learn: freestyle, introduction to backstroke, standing head-first entry, survival float,
swim freestyle for 30 feet and swim backstroke for 30 feet.

Level 4

You will learn: backstroke and introduction to butterfly, tread water for 2 minutes , freestyle
for 25 yards , backstroke for 25 yards , butterfly - 4 strokes.

Level 5

You will learn: breaststroke, butterfly, endurance, flip and open turns, swim freestyle 50 yards,
backstroke 50 yards, butterfly 25 yards, breaststroke 50 yards using flip and open turns.

Adult Classes

Instructor will work with individual on his/her specific goals. Participants can be any level of ability from non-swimmer to more advanced.

Parent & Child Classes (ages 6 mo - 3 yrs)

This course is for parents and child to learn about water safety. Designed to help children become more comfortable in the swimming pool while learning water safety tips and games for the development of your child’s swimming future.

11:00 - 11:30 a.m. & 6:00 - 6:30 p.m.

Private Swim Lessons

$280 Season Pass Holder

Eight 30-minute lessons will be Monday - Thursday for two weeks, and held at the same time as group lessons.


Morning: 9:00-9:30 | 9:40-10:10 | 10:20-10:50 | 11:00-11:30 a.m.
Evening: 6:00-6:30 | 6:40-7:10 | 7:20-7:50 p.m.

Water Fitness Classes

Aqua Zumba

This class blends the Zumba philosophy with water resistance and traditional aqua fitness disciplines into a challenging water-based workout that is cardio condtitioning and body toning. Open to all fitness levels.

Mon/Wed/Fri 9:00 - 9:50 a.m.

Begins June 1st

 

AquaFit

Use the water as a gym for the total body. This class is for participation of any fitness level. You need not be a swimmer to benefit from this program. AquaFit classes involve movements in the water which combine the elements of strength training, cardio, and flexibility and the use of equipment to enhance the water fitness experience.
