Parking Lot Lease Basics
You can use this form to apply for leased parking permits for both the Asp Avenue Parking Lot and the East Gray Street Parking Lot. For full details about the program please refer to the Norman Parking Management Plan, or a printable form can be found on the Parking Planning page.
East Gray Street Parking Lot (121 N. Peters Avenue)
- 41 reserved permit spaces available, limited to Downtown employers and employees
- Lease term is January 1 through December 31 annually
- Applications due December 15 annually, with notifications of permit granted or waitlist status approximately December 20 annually
- Annual cost of $600 per permitted space is due at the time the lease is signed.
Asp Avenue Parking Lot (710 Asp Avenue)
- 21 reserved permit spaces available
- Lease term is July 1 through June 30 annually
- Applications due June 15 annually, with notifications of permit granted or waitlist status approximately June 20 annually
- Annual cost of $800 per permitted space is due at the time the lease is signed.
