Work is scheduled to begin January 12, 2026

Beginning 1/12/26, a private contractor will begin installation of a sanitary sewer main line along the north side of Pebblebrook Park (2500 Overbrook Drive). The line will run slightly southeast, extending along the east side of privately-owned ponds in the area and to the west of adjacent businesses – Legend Care Pharmacy, Lindmark Companies and Top of the World. 

Work is expected to be completed by 1/26/26. While construction is occurring, certain trails and sidewalks within the area may be closed. Access to businesses or residences will not be impacted. This construction allows for the connection of a proposed lift station that will serve a nearby development.
