Temporary Road Closures Scheduled for 2025 Norman High School Homecoming Parade

Closures to occur September 18, 2025

The Norman Police Department is advising the public of temporary road closures and traffic impacts in connection with the Norman High School Homecoming Parade, scheduled for Thursday, Sept. 18.

To accommodate the parade route, the following streets will be closed to all traffic:  

  • Webster Avenue between Eufaula Street and Main Street  
  • Main Street between Webster Avenue and Pickard Avenue   
  • Pickard Avenue between Main Street and Kansas Street 

Closures will begin at 6 p.m. and will remain in place until approximately 7:30 p.m., at which time normal traffic flow will resume.  Motorists are encouraged to plan alternate routes and allow additional travel time.
