Road Closure of 12th Avenue SE between Barbary Drive and Eagle Cliff Drive

On Wednesday January 6, 2021, 12th Avenue SE will be closed between the limits of Barbary Drive and Eagle Cliff Drive for the construction of water line and storm pipeline utility crossings. This work is associated with the site development of Sage Cobblestone Creek. Access to the Cobblestone Creek neighborhood will be available via both the established detour route and temporary opening of Sawgrass Drive emergency access.

Traffic devices will be installed to direct the traveling public. Please find an attached visual example of planned detour route.
