The Norman Police Department (NPD) arrested Roberto Voci on May 26 on complaints related to lewd acts with a minor child.  

On May 26, officers were dispatched to a residence in the area of Main Street and 24th Avenue NW in reference to a report of a sexual assault that had recently occurred. The reporting party informed officers that they believed a neighbor had sexually assaulted and inappropriately photographed a juvenile child.   

Based on the initial investigation, Norman police arrested Voci on May 26. He was transported to the Cleveland County Detention Center and booked in on three complaints of lewd acts with a minor child under 16, one complaint of lewd molestation/indecent proposal, one complaint of forcible sodomy, one complaint of kidnapping, one complaint of manufacturing child pornography, one complaint of showing obscene material to a minor, and one complaint of destruction of evidence.
