The fireworks finale as part of NFourth Fest will begin at 9:45 PM today – Friday, July 10 – at Reaves Park and all are welcome. The park is located at 2501 S. Jenkins.
The finale was postponed the evening of July 4 due to hazardous weather conditions brought on by a significant wind storm. Nearly a week into recovery, Parks and Recreation staff have been able to clear debris from green spaces and paved areas to prep a comfortable and welcoming environment for attendees.
“We are looking forward to another fantastic show with the community,” Parks and Recreation Director Jason Olsen said. “Scheduling is a little unique this year but safety always comes first! After an eventful and trying week for our city, this show is a great way to bring people together to not only continue celebrating our independence but to take pride in the resiliency and the neighborly support of Norman.”
The park will open at 7 p.m.; live music begins at 7:30 p.m.; fireworks will light up the sky at 9:45 p.m. View further details below.
