MyUtility Customer Portal to go live on June 24, 2026

Greater access & control of consumption to be made available to customers

The Norman Utilities Authority is announcing the upcoming launch of a new online MyUtility Customer Portal as part of the Norman Meter Infrastructure Program (MIP). This milestone marks the final phase of the City’s multi-year effort to modernize its water metering system and enhance the customer experience.

The MyUtility Customer Portal can be accessed at https://myutility.normanok.gov

Customer Service staff will be flexible and accommodating during transition week, and will be available to answer any incoming questions, to help ensure a smooth rollover for the community.

With the meter upgrades now nearing completion across the community, customers will begin to see the full benefits of the MIP. The new portal provides secure, 24/7 access to account information and water usage data, giving customers greater visibility into their consumption and helping them identify potential issues such as leaks or unusually high usage. Customers can view a portal walk-through here.

“The launch of the MyUtility portal represents an important milestone for the Norman Meter Infrastructure Program,” said Chris Mattingly, Utilities Director for the City of Norman. “It gives our customers more insight, transparency, and control over their water usage.”

Getting Started
Customers previously registered with the current customer portal can access the new portal beginning June 24 by resetting their password. Creating a username provides access to features including:

  • Viewing advanced meter consumption data
  • Paying bills and reviewing payment history
