The City Clerk of the City of Norman received an initiative petition on 8/7/22 that, if successful, would result in placing the question of granting a franchise to OG&E on a 3/5/24 ballot for Norman voters. The petition is ongoing as of 9/8/23. The City of Norman is not involved in the solicitation of signatures. See more information and relevant documents here.
