POSTED 8 AM, 1/24/25: A portion of Flood Avenue, from Symmes to Main Street, has been closed as of 7:30 AM 1/24/25 due to a water line break. Motorists are urged to avoid this area.

The repair is expected to be completed by 3 PM 1/24/25. Affected properties in the area have or are being contacted by the City of Norman Utilities Department.
