Sponsorship & Vendor Opportunities Now Available

Community members, City of Norman staff, volunteers, vendors and sponsors will join together to make a lasting impact at Norman’s 2025 Earth Day Festival on Sunday, April 27, 2025. The event will take place from noon to 5 p.m. at Reaves Park in Norman, 2501 Jenkins Avenue. Free and open to the public, the festival promises a fun-filled day of hands-on activities, exhibits, and demonstrations.

This event celebrates sustainability, education, and local action, bringing together families, educators, activists and neighbors who care about our planet. 

“The 2025 City of Norman Earth Day Festival is an opportunity not just to learn how we can better care for our communities, our wild spaces and our planet,” said Michele Loudenback, Environment and Sustainability Manager for the City of Norman. “It is also a fun-filled, family-oriented festival that celebrates our world and highlights the importance of protecting its resources. It also gives vendors a chance to share their message by providing hands-on activities, exhibits or demonstrations.” 

Vendors and sponsors can show members of the Norman community their dedication to a greener future in a space where people can learn and connect.

“We welcome all interested vendors and sponsors to apply and take part in bringing this special event to life,” Loudenback said. “Vendors can teach the importance of respecting and protecting our earth’s air, water, soil, forests, wildlife and all natural resources; teach about the wonder and beauty of nature; the value of a healthy community, a backyard wildlife habitat, or creating art from recycled objects – the list goes on and on!”

Vendor applications are now open and must be submitted by April 4, 2025. Vendor fees apply only to vendors selling merchandise. A limited number of electric outlets and stationary picnic tables are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Sponsorship opportunities range from $250 to $1,000.
