This job classification has been designated as a safety sensitive job classification in accordance with the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana and Patient Protection Act, 63 O.S., ยง 427.1 et seq., (OSCN 2019), effective August 29, 2019. This means employees in this job classification can be subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination if they test positive for marijuana components or metabolites, even if they possess a medical marijuana license.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Experience: Applicant must be at least 16 years old. Previous customer service or cashier experience preferred but not required
Knowledge: Basic math knowledge for handling cash and making change.
Skill: Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Ability to remain calm, positive, and efficient during high-volume periods. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Essential Functions: Collect and record money for concession operations, prepare and serve food and beverages. Assist public and staff members in emergency situations if needed. Performs other related duties as required.
Mental and Physical Abilities: Ability to maintain regular, predictable and punctual attendance. Ability to communicate effectively with public. Ability to concentrate and pay close attention to detail. Ability to lift and carry light (up to 25 lb.) supplies, materials, and equipment frequently. Ability to lift and carry moderately heavy (25-50 lb.) supplies, materials, and equipment occasionally. Work requires continued walking, stooping, standing, and some climbing.
