Thank you for your interest in participating as a vendor at the City of Norman International Festival, taking place on October 6th at Legacy Park from 1 PM to 5 PM. This application form will collect all the necessary information to secure your participation and ensure a smooth experience for all vendors and attendees.
TVendors must be set up and ready by 12:00 PM on the day of the festival. You are welcome to begin setting up as early as 8:00 AM. The city will be providing tents for all vendors as long as wind speeds remain under 20 MPH.
You can pay the vendor fee online via PayPal or send a check to the Norman Park Foundation at 225 N Webster Avenue, Norman, OK 73069.

Terms and Conditions
By applying to be a vendor at the City of Norman International Festival, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Fees
- Vendors of Merchandise goods: $10
- Food Trucks(Limited Availability) $25
- Community/Educational Groups/ Individual Demonstrations: Free
- Non-Profit: Free
- Payment can be made online via PayPal or by sending a check to the Norman Park Foundation at 225 N Webster Avenue, Norman, OK 73069.
Setup and Teardown
- Setup is from 8 am to 12 pm.
- Vendors must remain set up until the festival's conclusion at 5:00 PM.
Vendor Responsibilities
- Vendors are responsible for bringing their own materials and any other necessary equipment.
- The city will provide tables, chairs, and tents for all vendors if wind speeds remain under 20 MPH.
- Vendors must ensure their booth is clean and free of debris at the end of the event.
- Vendors are responsible for complying with all health and safety regulations, including obtaining necessary permits and certifications.
Permits and Licenses
- Food vendors must have appropriate health department permits and food safety certifications.
- Vendors must hold any necessary business licenses and tax IDs.
Insurance
- All vendors are required to have liability insurance coverage. Proof of insurance must be provided with the application.
Booth Assignments
- Booth locations will be assigned by the festival organizers. Special requests for booth placement will be considered but cannot be guaranteed.
Behavior and Conduct
- Vendors are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and courteous manner.
- The festival reserves the right to remove any vendor for inappropriate behavior or failure to comply with the terms and conditions.
Cancellation Policy
- If a vendor needs to cancel their participation, they must notify the organizers at least 7 days before the event.
- Cancellation before 7 days will result in a refund within an estimated 4-week period after the event.
By submitting this application, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions outlined above. Failure to comply with these terms may result in removal from the festival and forfeiture of any fees paid.
