INFORMATION: TRIAD VILLAGE PROPERTIES, PROPOSED PLANS – NORMAN, OKLAHOMA

Approval of purchase and sales agreements of two parcels in the area of Triad Village and Drive and 12th Avenue SE were made by Norman City Council in July 2025. Proposed plans for these areas include the e s t a b l i s h m e n t of permanent supportive housing and are largely funded by federal dollars. Each parcel would likely contain around 12-24 units, depending on the ultimate design and layout of each project. In July 2025, following approvals and amidst due diligence phase processes, staff estimated at least 18-36 months before any facilities came online.

As of September 2, the 1305 Triad Village Drive property has been purchased. The 221 Triad Village Drive property purchase is still underway.

More information will be made available to the community as it is solidified.
