Ward 3 Councilmember Robert Bruce will host a "Listen and Learn" session from 6-8 p.m. on 12/12/25 at the Pink Pig Cafe (3750 W. Main Street) in Norman. The event is being hosted to hear concerns, ideas, and discussion of Ward 3 residents.
