The Norman Citizens Advisory Board (NCAB) holds quarterly listening sessions to hear from the public regarding their comments, concerns, and feedback. Each session provides an opportunity for members of the NCAB to hear from Norman residents. While an immediate response or discussion are not part of the listening session, all items brought forward to the NCAB will be reviewed and responded to accordingly. 

The next NCAB Quarterly Listening Session will be held October 7, 2020 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Irving Recreation Center, 125 Vicksburg Avenue. Proper social distancing measures will be in place. Those attending are required to wear a mask or proper face covering. Residents who do not feel comfortable attending in-person are asked to voice their comments, concerns, and feedback via the online form.
