This beloved community event celebrates sustainability, education, and local action, bringing together families, educators, activists, and neighbors who care about our planet. By joining us as a vendor or sponsor, you’ll help create a space where people can learn, connect, and take steps toward a greener future. Vendors
We are seeking vendors who align with the themes of environmental awareness, sustainability, and green living. This includes:
- Educational vendors offering demonstrations, interactive displays, or activities related to sustainability and environmental topics. Be creative! Make it fun! Games and door prizes are encouraged.
- Sales vendors featuring eco-friendly products, services, or locally made goods or services.

- Supply Fee: $100 to rent 2 chairs, table and canopy. Non-profit organizations may qualify for a waiver, please contact us at DoERS@normanok.gov for details.
- Sales Vendor Fee: $50
- Application Deadline: April 4, 2025
