As part of the NORMAN 2025 planning process, the City of Norman contracted for a community survey to be randomly distributed to the citizens of Norman.  3,000 surveys were mailed out, with 540 surveys being returned.  The survey was also given to the Norman Future Committee, and shortly after the City Council and Planning Commission.  The attached PDF files provide the results and analysis by the consultants as well as a comparison from all four groups.
