FOR INFORMATION LEADING TO THE ARREST AND CONVICTION OF PERSON OR PERSONS RESPONSIBLE FOR A HOMICIDE

Victim: Donna R. Conn (42 year old White female)

The Norman Police Department Criminal Investigations Division is seeking information on a homicide that is currently unsolved.

On April 28, 2003 at 1255 hours members of the Norman Fire Department and Norman Police Department were dispatched to a possible house fire at 907 East Eufaula Street. Upon there arrival they found that the fire had already extinguished itself and located a deceased victim, Donna Conn, inside the residence. Upon investigation of the fire it was determined that the victim died as a result of the fire and that the fire was intentionally set.
