Why do I get a message that says, "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage" or "Firefox can't find the server" when I try access the online payment system?

The site uses a higher level of security than the default in some browsers.  Depending on which browser you are using, you can go into your Internet Options in Internet Explorer or Options in Firefox and click the Advanced tab. In Internet Explorer scroll down to the Security section and check the boxes that say to Use TLS. In Firefox you will see it under Encryption.  Other browsers should have similar settings.
