Oversees the policies and performance of the Norman branch of the Pioneer Library System. Meetings quarterly on the 3rd Wednesday in February and the 3rd Monday in May, August and November at 4:30 p.m., Norman Public Library, Rooms "A" and "B." (3-year term)
