Historic District Commission
Prepares a comprehensive inventory of all historic resources and a plan to preserve those buildings. Reviews historic district applications, makes recommendations to Council regarding historical preservation and "Certificates of Appropriateness"; may oversee historical projects; conducts periodic review of status of designated landmarks and provides reports; develops guidelines for reviewing applications. Meets the 1st Monday except during holidays at 7:00 p.m. at Municipal Building A, 201 West Gray. (meeting sites subject to change) (3-year term)
