Comprehensive Transportation Plan Citizens Visioning Committee
The City Council in its meeting of September 13, 2011, approved Contract No. K-1112-43 with H. W. Lochner, Inc., to provide scoping services for a Comprehensive Transportation Plan (CPT) for the City of Norman. For the eventual CTP to be developed, the Council will undertake, first, a scoping effort to address issues and goals that will be developed for the ultimate plan. The City Council Community Planning and Transportation Committee will act as the CTP Steering Committee to undertake the plan with a second committee to be formed as a Vision Work Group.
