Program Outline and Guidelines

Each residence will be provided one bin at the commencement. The bins furnished are, and shall remain, the property of WM

Customer shall be responsible for loss or damage to such bin or recycling container.

Replacements or additional bins may be purchased from the City's Sanitation Department by calling 329-1023

Wins with recyclable materials should be placed 2 feet from your poly cart and not to exceed 3 freet from the curb

Recycling collection will occur between 7:00am and 6:00pm on your regular trash service day.

The Holiday schedule for recycling will follow the same as City trash collection.

Please adhere to the acceptable items explained on the "Guidelines" web page.

Customer complaints should be directed to the City and promptly resolved by WM in accordance with he contract.

Please note that Norman's 3 current drop off centers will remain open.
