This year, the Fight Back Express has been traveling across the country, stopping in hundreds of communities to build the movement to make cancer issues a national priority. ACS CAN will bring the stories of cancer patients, survivors and friends to the presidential candidates to make cancer a priority issue in their administration.
All supporters will have the opportunity to sign a petition calling for access to quality health care for all Americans; email Members of Congress asking them to support laws and policies that help people fight cancer; and sign the bus as a show of support for making cancer a top national priority.
This is a great oppurtunity not only for the University of Oklahoma, but also for the city of Norman. The bus will only make four stops in Oklahoma, so we are very privileged to have them. Please come out and help support The University of Oklahoma's Colleges Against Cancer Chapter!

Now we are seeking citizen suggestions and ideas about branches, services and locations" said Mayor Cindy Rosenthal. "We are taking what we have learned to the community so that our citizens can participate in refining the plan."
Those needing special assistance to attend the meetings can call the Mayor's office at 366-5402. Questions or comments may be directed to the same office.
